YORK Chiller Access Manager Data Development Plan

Johnson Controls is looking to determine how they should harness the data generated from the YORK Chiller Access Manager system to enable other benefits across the business for their customers. This capstone project will involve taking the YORK Chiller Access Manager technology to the next level by turning it into a trusted source of information on chillers as well as in generating value for the company. Johnson Controls offers the world`s largest portfolio of building technology and software as well as service solutions from some of the most trusted names in the industry.

The student will be working on a detailed plan working across regional service leadership, global parts centers, and applied equipment teams to leverage the YORK Chiller Access Manager data for an improved customer experience for aftermarket parts and services. This project will also analyze the global chillers market to determine if (and how) Johnson Controls can use the YORK Chiller Access Manager technology to have a competitive advantage in this market, develop a financial assessment, potential technical solution, and a go-to-market launch strategy.
