Women in Leadership Technology Program

Irvine Technology is an IT Staffing company based out of Southern California. Several years ago, Nicole McMackin, CEO of Irvine Technology Corporation, founded a program that helps women reach the next level in their technology career. Nicole’s program encourages women’s confidence to pursue higher-level career opportunities in the technology industry. This Capstone Project will focus on determining the feasibility of a Women in Leadership Program in the technology industry offered to mid-size corporations, and a potential go-to market launch strategy as well.
