Telnyx LATAM Expansion

Telnyx is an international, licensed telecommunications provider. They offer a cloud-based Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) where businesses can integrate voice, messaging, video, and wireless data into their applications. Some of their products include Elastic SIP Trunking, Call Control, and Programmable Messaging. All these services are available via a self-service portal and a host of APIs, designed for scalable, on-demand communications. Telnyx are now looking to bring their offerings to the Latin American (LATAM) market. The difficulty however is that LATAM’s telecommunications infrastructure lags behind the developed regions of the world. I will be involved in the evaluation and creation of a market entry plan targeted at the top fifteen LATAM countries with the potential to develop and solidify Telnyx’s presence in the CPaaS space. As part of this process, the usage needs of the market will need to be determined, along with an evaluation of potential partners and vendors we can build relationships with.
