Scaling Avanade’s Managed Analytics Platform

The focus of this project will be to scale Avanade’s AMAP platform. Through rigorous research and understanding of the current marketplace, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation, a plan will be put forth to determine the most effective way to scale the platform. By focusing on value, balancing cost and standardization, understanding client expectations and investing in operational enhancement, Avanade will be able to execute a successful strategy that also allows them to more readily anticipate changes in the marketplace.
