Scaling Avanade’s Managed Analytics Platform

The focus of this project will be to scale Avanade’s AMAP platform. Through rigorous research and understanding of the current marketplace, competitive landscape and customer segmentation, a plan will be put forth to determine the most effective way to scale the platform. Over the next 11 months, through market research, customer validation, analysis of competitive landscape and growth strategy will be orchestrated in order to scale the platform. By focusing on value, balancing cost and standardization, understanding client expectations and investing in operational enhancement, Avanade will be able to execute a strategy that scales their platform and allows them to more readily anticipate changes in the marketplace.
