RJ Reliance is a company that provides highly specialized consulting in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology to enterprise-level clients. Their cater to all kinds of industries and are experts in optimizing different HCM vendor’s solutions to the client’s needs. The goal of the capstone project is to evaluate their end-to-end client delivery model and find opportunities to increase productivity across it by implementing process automation, best practices, PMO framework, and guidelines. This will enable them to keep growing as efficiently as possible.
