Medtronic's MITG Commercial Capabilities

My capstone project for the year is to work with The Commercial Capabilities team at Medtronic. My project will prove that flagship selling programs make a difference in business revenue. I will be creating dashboards that capture data from various sources to correlate learning experiences to revenue gain and opportunity generation. Once this data is collected and analyzed, predictive indicators will be constructed to provide sales leaders with valuable data sets to determine what, when and how learning experiences can be applied to maximize growth potential. This project is very exciting as it allows me to get hands-on experience while also contributing meaningful work to an industry I have a lot of passion for.
