Machinio Services and Vertical Expansion

This capstone project's with Liquidity Services will be supporting the Machinio initiative by adapting Machinio's current products, Machinio Advertising and Machinio System, to cater to service providers in addition to the typical clients who are equipment sellers. This project also involves expanding into the boating and marine equipment industry. Initially, the project will focus on extensive market research to define new customer segments, evaluate the addressable market, and gather requirements for expanding offerings to provide value to these new customers. This research will help inform strategic decisions and ensure the successful adaptation and expansion of Machinio's products to meet the needs of these emerging markets.
