Innovation as a Service

Avanade is a large, international technology consulting company that specializes in providing Fortune 500 companies with IT, cloud, and digital services. Innovation as a service is essentially a continual process that requires on-going monitoring, testing, and leadership to minimize risks and optimize outcomes. The demand for tech consulting companies providing this service continues to grow, but there is currently a sales & contracting process that slows the ability to rapidly test and implement new innovations as opportunities arise. The goal of my project this year is to figure out how to develop an innovation as a service retainer model within Avanade to help streamline how Avanade co-creates with its clients and realizes revenue, which will require in depth research, hypothesis testing, and an intelligent go to market strategy.
