Frost Control Systems (FCS) is a rapidly growing infrastructure company with a unique hardware as a service business model. FCS began by deploying weather station equipment in the US, and within 18 months, is now the US market leader for road weather measurement systems. Smart devices are changing how we all live our lives. As these devices start to leave the home and integrate into roads, cars, and buildings, they have to operate on smart communication networks. FCS’s private network is on track to becoming the largest smart communication network in the US by year end. This project will focus on creating a business plan to guide FCS’s commercialization and expansion of their private LoRa telecommunication network.
