Event Registration

PWC Emerging Technologies Lab created an Event Registration software and hardware called Doorman. The technology works in identifying guests attending an event through facial recognition, issue badges by use of QR codes and displays the faces of the attendees on the wall of the event. This is so attendees know who is who at the event and help create engagement. Doorman is used in partnership with existing event management vendors and HR platforms. The service has been used internally at PWC events and has proven to be a success, now PWC would like to commercialize it. We will be exploring options on how to achieve this. Deliverables for this project include market research on existing event registration systems, recommended pricing model, a roadmap for scalability and integration plan for 3rd party vendors and internal HR platforms
