It also requires the student to develop a comprehensive go-to-market plan to roll out an AI tool that streamlines project estimation and management, as well as the commissioning of projects. By automating these processes, the AI tool can reduce the time and skill required, thereby enabling the team to handle more projects and improve project margins.
