eCommerce Direct-to-Consumer Strategy

EcoWater Systems is embarking on a direct-to-consumer drinking water and softening business through eCommerce and would like to better understand the target market of end-consumers for these online purchases. Some of the considerations for this research would be shopping channel preference, product type, and product installation availability. The research results should summarize the best combination of marketing and purchasing tools to get the most value out of this eCommerce initiative.
