Bringing AI to the organization

The Bringing AI to the Organization project at BI Incorporated aims to explore ways in which operational and process efficiencies can be enhanced by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The objective is to achieve reduced costs and unparalleled levels of customer and employee satisfaction. To accomplish this, the student will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of key areas, including call centers, product development, manufacturing, and business services. By delving into AI-driven solutions such as virtual assistants, natural language processing (NLP)/natural language understanding (NLU), and recommendation systems, this project seeks to uncover the most suitable AI technologiesfor our organization.

The anticipated outcomes of this project are twofold: firstly, identifying specific AI technologies that align with our needs, and secondly, developing a well-defined roadmap for successful AI integration. This will empower BI Incorporated to remain at the forefront of innovation and attain operational excellence in all aspects of their operations.
