Automating Manufacturing for Small Businesses

Automation of manufacturing is critical to the success of small American manufacturers if they are to compete with the prices of international competitors. Small companies are hesitant to commit the upfront costs associated with automation especially when they do not know what processes to automate or how. Red Rabbit Automation Service Inc. is a designer of robotic manufacturing cells providing small and medium sized manufacturers with the ability to automate. This project will involve the creation and validation of a pricing model and business model to allow for the growth and success of Red Rabbit Automation Service Inc. The models will be made using market research data, customer interviews, and customer orders.
