Capstone Project Abstract
The Institute for Entrepreneurial Communities the (IEC) is a nationwide network of entrepreneurs, academic leaders, and local communities dedicated to championing the positive impact of entrepreneurship across America. Serving as a premier resource for research and university education, the IEC bridges the gap between academic thought leadership and real-world economic growth.
This capstone project is focused on generating a Go-To-Market (GTM) expansion strategy for IEC and build a collaborative nationwide network of peer communities. The student will evaluate strategies to package research insights for civic and economic decision-makers, codify a framework for peer learning, and design sustainable community programming—including regional workshops, educational case studies, and annual events—with the aim of empowering local leaders and elevating regional business education across the nation.
