Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose ESTEEM because of its unique blend of technology and entrepreneurship, which aligns perfectly with my aspirations. The program's hands-on approach and strong emphasis on innovation stood out to me. Seeing alumni transform ideas into successful businesses with a positive impact on society inspired me. ESTEEM's comprehensive curriculum and supportive community make it the ideal environment for me to grow both personally and professionally, bridging the gap between my technical background and entrepreneurial ambitions.
What is your capstone project?
The capstone project focuses on researching ways to leverage artificial intelligence in Lenovo's team workflows. This initiative aims to integrate AI to optimize workflow efficiency, enhance team performance, and serve as a tool for our team to drive innovation in workstation design. By utilizing advanced AI techniques, the project seeks to find or create AI tools that will help in various ways, supporting our team's processes and productivity.
According to reputable sources such as Gartner, Statista, and IDC, Lenovo has maintained its position as the number one PC vendor globally since 2018, achieving the highest market share in 2023. This success underscores Lenovo's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Through this project, the integration of AI is expected to significantly elevate the performance and capabilities of the team at Lenovo, enabling them to deliver unparalleled value to customers and maintain Lenovo's leadership in the market.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
After completing ESTEEM, I hope to leverage my learnings, background in technology, and network to propel myself further into the technology sector with a focus on utilizing machine learning to add value to businesses and drive innovation. Although human needs evolve with time, I am confident that the possible use cases of AI to help make lives better will stay with us for a long time, and I want to be one of those who lend their skills to make this a reality.
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I'm not working, I enjoy going on road trips, connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and playing/watching sports especially soccer and basketball.
