Capstone Project Abstract

HappyStack is a go-to-market company that helps B2B software vendors book sales meetings with e-commerce brands, combining a proprietary database of e-commerce companies with AI-driven personalised outreach to book meetings at rates well above the industry standard. Building on this proven engine, HappyStack is now exploring whether it can spin out and scale its own ventures. This capstone project aims to validate demand for a new customer-acquisition solution for e-commerce brands and to assess whether it represents a viable, scalable business opportunity.

Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I initially wasn’t interested in doing a master’s until a friend suggested ESTEEM. It ticked all the boxes for me. It was abroad and focused on tech and entrepreneurship. I’ve heard you can’t teach entrepreneurship plenty of times, so I was a little bit wary about how much you could really learn about it in class. But it’s absolutely exceeded all my expectations. I’ve always wanted to start a company, and ESTEEM is definitely helping me get there.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

I’d like to start a company once I finish up ESTEEM. I’m not sure what industry or market. But I hope to be having fun, working on something I enjoy with a couple of friends. I want to see if working on my own company is what I really want to do while ESTEEM is giving me the best platform to try it.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I like to play football with the course, we're playing football 2/3 times a week and have an ESTEEM intramural team.
