Capstone Project Abstract:

This capstone project focuses on working with Cielo, a prominent Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider with two decades of experience serving enterprise organizations across diverse sectors. The project's primary objective is to develop a comprehensive roadmap for automating their Recruitment Process Outsourcing services. This initiative necessitates careful consideration of critical regulatory frameworks, alongside the identification of key investment opportunities crucial for this strategic transformation.

Additionally, the project will involve developing comprehensive risk assessment documentation for AI-impacted roles within the RPO industry. To achieve this goal, the student will conduct comprehensive research and interviews with stakeholders in the industry and an in-depth research of publications from leading global research organizations.

Why did you choose ESTEEM?

My broader vision is to build a pipeline of innovation where startups don’t just emerge, but endure. Where we don’t just train talent, but retain and empower it. Where we don’t just import technology, but build globally relevant solutions rooted in local challenges, supported by capital that understands the market context and founders’ realities.

ESTEEM offers the curriculum, mentorship, and global network I need to amplify this mission. I am not seeking this degree to pivot, I am seeking it to sharpen. To combine what I’ve learned in the field with what the future demands of innovators, entrepreneurial leaders, and early-stage investors.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM, I would leverage the knowledge and network acquired through the program to support more innovators and startups. I also hope to explore the Venture Studio model for innovation and development.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Travel, play soccer and speaking at events.
