Morgan Miller

Class of 2022-2023

College of Holy Cross, 2022
Economics Major, Statistics Minor

Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose to come to ESTEEM to learn more about technology and entrepreneurship. My undergrad degree in economics with a double minor in statistics and religious studies allowed for a merge of stem and the humanities, but I craved an arena for creativity to foster these skills. ESTEEM leverages the opportunity to cultivate our creativity learned in the classroom to our capstone projects providing real-world experiences.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

Irvine Technology is an IT Staffing company based out of Southern California. Several years ago, Nicole McMackin, CEO of Irvine Technology Corporation, founded a program that helps women reach the next level in their technology career. Nicole’s program encourages women’s confidence to pursue higher-level career opportunities in the technology industry.
This Capstone Project will focus on determining the feasibility of a Women in Leadership Program in the technology industry offered to mid-size corporations, and a potential go-to market launch strategy as well.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM, I hope to be at the forefront of economics, technology, and education. My drive is to impact the educational or economic field through technology.

What do you do in your free time?

I enjoy working out, crossword puzzles, and traveling when I am not working.
