Capstone Project Abstract:

This capstone project addresses the critical need for reliable and autonomous navigation in GPS-denied and complex commercial environments. Leveraging Tycho.AI's advanced and powerful software tightly integrated with hardware control systems, the project aims to develop a go-to-market strategy focussed on commercial dual-use for the company.
This work will include market landscape analysis, and interviews with commercial drone operators, integrators, logistic and agriculture companies.

The project seeks to provide actionable insights by identifying crucial product features, defining target customer segments and personas, and articulating a compelling value proposition that highlights Tycho.AI's superior accuracy, robustness, GPS-independence, and approach to agentic and autonomous intelligence for commercial applications. The student strategy is designed to accelerate Tycho.AI's successful entry into the commercial markets, establishing the company as one of the leaders in autonomous intelligence for drone operations.

Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose ESTEEM because it's where ideas become reality. After working on tech and building automation solutions, I discovered my passion to keep learning on managing these incredible projects, but needed the right environment to scale my impact. ESTEEM gives me exactly that: a place to build, fail, learn, and iterate with people who think like me.
It's not just school, it's a launchpad. ESTEEM puts me around problem-solvers, professionals with different expertises and highly skilled people to work through different methologies to make things happen.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM, I want to join a tech company where I can lead product strategy and shape the future of their solutions at scale. I want to drive innovation, taking products from concept to market, connecting user needs with technology, and creating impact that reaches thousands or millions of people.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I like riding my bike, learning new recipes and cooking, listening to music and traveling.
