Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose the ESTEEM program because it aligns with my professional journey and aspirations. With a strong background in finance and management, particularly in the energy sector, and an MSc in Sports Business and Management, I am looking to broaden my skill set related to innovation and entrepreneurship. The practical application of knowledge in the hands-on approach that ESTEEM provides alongside the capstone projects allows me to apply my experience in a practical and impactful way. The program’s emphasis on innovation, leadership, and real-world application will enable me to leverage my strategic and analytical skills to advance my career and drive transformational change in the company.

What is your capstone project?

The Capstone Project at Vital View Technologies (VVT) involves assessing market opportunities for their innovative platform based on Radio Frequency (RF) Polarization Mode Dispersion (PMD) technology within the Human Exercise and Performance sector. VVT’s beachhead product, VitalSense, is an at-home non-contact connected health monitor for chronically ill patients. This capstone project focuses on expanding this technology's application for sports performance, particularly addressing hydration needs. The deliverables include a detailed market analysis, financial projections, and a comprehensive commercialization strategy. By engaging with stakeholders from various sectors and levels of sports, the project aims to uncover critical pain points and opportunities for VVT’s technology. This project provides the opportunity to integrate advanced technology with sports science to significantly impact athletes’ hydration management and transform the sports industry.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After completing the ESTEEM program, I would like to create a positive impact in the sports industry by leveraging innovation and technology. My goal is to join a company where I can collaborate with inspiring people on exciting technological projects. Considering my background in accounting, finance, management, and sports business, I aim to drive strategic initiatives that change the financial and sports sectors. Ultimately, through ESTEEM, I look forward to gaining the skills and experience to build a cutting-edge organization committed to innovation and technology to benefit the community.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I love reading about literature, geography, history, and the latest trends in sports and technology. Additionally, I enjoy playing piano and learning new languages. I like to spend time on outdoor activities such as running, walking, cycling, taking pictures, and exploring new places. Moreover, I value quality time with my family, cooking meals together, and catching up with my friends. These activities keep me balanced and motivated in my personal and professional life.
