Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose ESTEEM because of the unique skill set it equips students with. I was drawn to the focus on solving real world problems and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience doing this through the capstone commercialization project.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

Inveniam [DeFiDevs] is the inaugural community developer of the Accumulate Network: an identity-based blockchain protocol with multi-chain support, human-readable addresses, and key hierarchies — enabling interoperability with other networks and the development of scalable DeFi apps. Accumulate is based on replicating corporate structures in multi-signature transactions, and shifts the paradigm for how blockchains manage enterprise data, compliance, and asset management.

One use case of Accumulate is The Inveniam Sponsored DAO (SDAO), a bank sponsored DAO lending platform. The aim of the SDAO is to provide liquidity to private asset holders and other potential ecosystem partners, by enabling them to collateralize and borrow against their tokenized private equity assets and loans.

The primary aim of this project is to effectively demonstrate how to deliver dApps with Accumulate, using the SDAO as the working example.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

Joining the ESTEEM program has given me the unique opportunity to immerse myself in everything I’m passionate about- entrepreneurship, technology and my personal “why”. I hope to use this experience to use technology and innovation to make a difference.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy art, music, reading anything that gets the creative side of my mind fired up! I am also a keen food enthusiast, with a love of trying new cuisines and vegan/vegetarian experimentation.
