Capstone Project Abstract

Mobotory Technologies Inc. is a US fintech company that applies AI and machine learning to insurance claims and underwriting decisions. Its flagship tool, ML Predict, analyses open claims and flags the small subset likely to become expensive or litigated, allowing risk managers and claims teams to focus on the claims that matter most rather than reviewing every file manually.

This project will test which market has the strongest pull for the product ML Predict. Through conversations with potential customers, the student will find out whether there's genuine demand for the product, and if so, who the right buyer is and how best to reach them. The goal is to give Mobotory a clear, evidence-backed answer on where to focus next.

Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I choose ESTEEM because I wanted to help bridge the gap between tech and business. From studying both Computer Science and Business in my undergrad, ESTEEM felt like the natural next step. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and how to bring innovative technical solutions to market.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM, I would love to use my technical skills to fast-moving industries where innovation can drive real change. I am particularly drawn to the fintech industry given my undergraduate background, but fundamentally I would love to be a part of any industry that is building impactful technical solutions. I want to work alongside people that inspire me and push me to grow, both technically and as a leader.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I love spending time with my friends. I like going for runs and sea swims.
