I am currently a 2L student at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. After graduating from ESTEEM, I spent a year as an enFocus Fellow, and then decided to pursue a law degree. At this time, I may be one of the only ESTEEM Alumni to attend law school, but many of our graduates from the program choose to continue their education. ESTEEM provides its students with the business and critical thinking skills that are valuable assets in many different professional career paths. The opportunities are truly endless. When applying to law school, my application stood out because of this program and the unique opportunity this program provides in research, problem analysis, and practical business applications. While at the law school, I am involved with the Scarpa Center for Law and Entrepreneurship which encourages lawyers to have an innovative mindset. I have participated in mock competitions usually designed for 3Ls, but because of my ESTEEM background and experience with startups, I was considered a valued member of the team as a first-year law student. In addition, I am now a staff writer for the Environmental Law Journal, and VP of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Recently, I also had an article published in the summer edition of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Journal for Young Lawyers on a new program I started promoting bi-partisan partnerships and debate.
