Why did you choose ESTEEM?
Creating a startup is a fun and challenging experience especially if you come from a small country like El Salvador where there are not many resources for entrepreneurs. I chose ESTEEM to learn how to create companies that can make a difference in our society by connecting with the right people and resources.
What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?
RJ Reliance is a company that provides highly specialized consulting in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology to enterprise-level clients. Their cater to all kinds of industries and are experts in optimizing different HCM vendor’s solutions to the client’s needs.
The goal of the capstone project is to evaluate their end-to-end client delivery model and find opportunities to increase productivity across it by implementing process automation, best practices, PMO framework, and guidelines. This will enable them to keep growing as efficiently as possible.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
I see myself working on my own startup and creating capital to invest in other initiatives. After that, I want to become an advisor for other entrepreneurs, especially back in developing countries where resources are scarce.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I like being outdoors and taking long walks. I love fresh food, so I love to bake and cook. I also love connecting with people and learning about their cultures and life experience. Listening to music, playing sports and video games, and learning how to play the harmonica or other instruments.
