Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose to come to ESTEEM to explore which aspects of technology and entrepreneurship excite me the most. With experience working at two corporate fashion retail brands, I am eager to advance my education and make a meaningful impact in a field that aligns with my personal values. The ESTEEM program will allow me to merge my entrepreneurial passions with my values, positioning me to make a significant, positive difference in the world.

What is your capstone project?

The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research is the research arm of Northwell Health, with the mission of producing the knowledge to cure disease. It is recognized globally as the leading center for "Bioelectronic Medicine," due to the pioneering discoveries of Kevin J. Tracey, M.D., CEO of the Feinstein Institutes. Their latest spinout company aims to address inflammation through digital therapeutics. With a successful product offering, this solution has the opportunity for widespread impact and greater quality of life for millions. This project will include a complete business plan, consisting of market research, the design of a clinical trial, the creation of a product offering, and go-to-market strategy.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

That’s what I’m figuring out! After working in the corporate fashion world for 3 years I’m looking to make a pivot towards a higher impact role, possibly in venture capital, strategy, or a startup.

What do you like to do in your free time?

When I’m not working, I love going on walks with my dog, attending hot yoga classes, and trying out new recipes for my food Instagram.
