Why did you choose ESTEEM?

In summary, my why is fueled by a passion to address healthcare inequities through technology and a desire to complement my software engineering background with product development/management skills. With ESTEEM's unique blend of entrepreneurship education, practical business exposure, and strong mentorship, I knew I would receive the perfect education to achieve these goals!

What is your capstone project?

SeneGence International, Inc. is an international beauty company known for its innovative cosmetics and skincare products, including LipSense. Using a direct sales model, SeneGence empowers independent distributors to sell directly to customers, emphasizing innovation, digital solutions, and distributor engagement.

This capstone project aims to develop an AI Sales Director, an advanced AI-powered CRM tool to enhance distributor effectiveness, streamline onboarding, and provide personalized support. This supports SeneGence’s commitment to making distributors the best entrepreneurs they can be! As part of this project, Deep will review current training and management practices, analyze existing AI/CRM tools, develop an implementation strategy and prototype for the AI Sales Director, and evaluate the prototype's impact. The future potential for this AI-powered CRM is immense, with possibilities for expansion across various industries and continual improvement through machine learning.

The student is excited about this project as the AI Sales Director’s potential to revolutionize distributor management and engagement aligns with his goal of leveraging technology to drive business innovation.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After completing the ESTEEM program, I hope to leverage my skills and experiences to pivot into product development and management roles, ideally within the healthtech sector. My long-term goal is to launch a healthtech startup that addresses the inequities I've observed in the healthcare industry, using innovative technology to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, photography, playing soccer/tennis, rock climbing, and watching movies! I'd like to say I like reading too, but that's a work in progress!
