Digital Design with an Emphasis in Animation
Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose to join ESTEEM to blend my years of field experience with hands-on learning at a prestigious university. My background in digital design equipped me with specific skills that needed complementary business acumen. Running an animation company for a few years allowed me to explore what was possible. ESTEEM provides the opportunity to explore these possibilities while deeply learning essential business skills.
What is your capstone project?
The ESTEEM student will be asked to improve Ideal Tridon Group’s customer experience by developing a robust digital strategy. This project will involve conducting customer journey mapping to identify pain points, developing an omnichannel strategy that includes e-commerce, mobile apps, and customer portals, integrating CRM systems to personalize customer interactions, and implementing feedback loops to continuously improve the digital customer experience.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
Post ESTEEM, my goal is to work for my own company or apply the skills gained to solve problems in technology, finance, and medicine.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Activities in my free time include running, climbing, and golfing. Living in the mountains, I spent a lot of free time skiing and hiking. Outside of physical activity, I enjoy road trips and playing board games.
