Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose ESTEEM because it offers technical and entrepreneurial training that complements my business background. I believe that ESTEEM’s focus on real-world application and practical experience will give me the necessary tools in making a meaningful impact in a world that is constantly changing.

What is your capstone project?

Marmon Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a global and diversified industrial organization comprised of more than 100 autonomous manufacturing and service businesses. Marmon Foodservice Technologies (MFT) is one of 11 Marmon Holdings’ divisions and a global leader in premium commercial food and beverage equipment. The company’s Hot Holding Bins enable restaurant operators to increase the speed-of-service and menu variety while maintaining food safety. The aim of this project will be to allow MFT to differentiate itself from major competitors by developing a creative innovation pipeline that will be incorporated through a detailed strategy and roadmap for the product.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM I want to be able to pursue my entrepreneurial journey as a business owner or within a large company.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, soccer, listening to music, and going out with my friends.
