Brad Wattleworth

Class of 2017-2018

University of Birmingham, 2017
Mechanical Engineering

Why I chose ESTEEM: I knew I wanted to further my business knowledge following the completion of my undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering. I was considering entering some UK based business schools but once I found ESTEEM and saw how it combined business and engineering I was convinced it was the program for me.

My capstone thesis project and why I’m excited about it: My thesis project is to facilitate ZSI-Foster's expansion into the European market. As a native European this is the perfect project for me to further develop my business acumen and professional soft skills.

What I hope to do after ESTEEM: Post-ESTEEM I hope to compete in NCAA D1 for another year whilst completing another masters at the University of Notre Dame. I am looking into both a one year MBA and the Masters in Management program. Moving into the professional world, I am looking to start in consulting to further my professional skills for a few years, then I may consider moving into entrepreneurship.

What I like to do when I’m not working in Innovation Park: I was recruited for both cross country and track, so my time outside of Innovation Park is mostly dominated by training. However, when I am not studying or training, you'll probably find me in the Backer!
