Capstone Project Abstract: 

The student is working with Nymbl Systems, a healthcare SaaS company that serves Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) providers. The project focuses on refining Nymbl’s product-market fit within these highly specialized medical fields by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying unmet needs, and surfacing product opportunities to improve operational efficiency and clinical outcomes. Through interviews and strategic research, the student is helping the company develop actionable insights that will shape future iterations of its platform. The student is excited to contribute to a project that bridges software innovation with patient care impact in a niche but critical segment of the healthcare industry.

Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose ESTEEM because I'm eager to pursue higher education in a way that aligns with both my career and personal goals. The program’s focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership overlaps closely with my professional background and ambitions. I saw ESTEEM as a unique opportunity to explore these areas in a hands-on, collaborative environment while expanding my ability to take on leadership roles and, eventually, entrepreneurial ventures. As an added bonus, I have always loved Notre Dame, and attending this university and being part of this community has been a lifelong goal of mine.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM? 

After ESTEEM, I plan to return to Phoenix and continue working as an Industrial Engineer at Boeing. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learned in the program to take on new leadership roles, contribute to innovative projects, and apply what I’ve learned to explore personal entrepreneurial ventures in the near future

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy anything active, along with spending time with friends and getting outdoors. I’m passionate about photography and videography, particularly involving cars and nature. I also love personal fitness, playing and watching sports, and traveling to experience new places and cultures.
