Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I choose to attend ESTEEM because I was excited by the opportunity to advance my business acumen at an elite academic institution.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

I'm working with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) to understand the technology requirements and expectations of PwC consultants. PwC ranks as the second-largest professional services network in the world and is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms.

The COVID-19 pandemic changed how people work. For PwC to develop a successful hybrid office strategy, it is crucial to understand what tools consultants are already using and identify emerging technologies. My research will help identify and determine the technology PwC offers and standardizes within the firm over the next few years. These findings will inform the strategic direction of PwC's business services and the future of its physical workspaces. I am excited to learn about the different technologies employees utilize to serve clients and employee expectations about technology within the firm. This project will help determine the ways employees work, and I'm eager to be at the forefront of a project that will have an impact for years to come.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

I hope to get a job in consulting with an emphasis on using data analysis to solve challenging business problems.

What do you like to do in your free time?

When I'm not working, I enjoy following European football.
