Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose ESTEEM to continue on my journey of becoming the best version of myself.
What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?
Only one out of fifty-three justice involved individuals are served and/or are under supervision. This is a danger to communities, a waste of already scarce public funding, and it perpetuates the cycle of recidivism for these impacted individuals. The GEO Group and BI Incorporated are global leaders in evidence-based rehabilitation for justice involved individuals, providing innovative technology and evidence-based treatment. They are looking to develop a versatile virtual platform that will drastically increase the number of people served. This platform will be able to adapt to the needs of various agencies and users.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
After ESTEEM, I hope to utilize the skills and resources I developed during the program to be a driver of change in the world. My goal is to tackle environmental crises by supporting innovative sustainability solutions.
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I am not working I enjoy golf (and most other sports), yoga, art, music, cooking, and traveling.
