Why I chose ESTEEM:
I chose ESTEEM because I feel I can make a difference by innovation.
My capstone thesis project and why I'm excited about it:
I am working with Horizon Pharma to discover new treatment for orphan diseases and their correlated effects. I love re-purposing current solutions to new problems. Thankfully, most of my work does exactly that. First I analyze current pharmaceutical treatment for orphan diseases and then explore biological indicators that present the potential of novel medical application.
What I hope to do after ESTEEM:
I believe that the technical, financial, and leadership skills I will hone in the ESTEEM program will allow me to further my pursuit of providing effective solutions to those in need. I hope to one day be a major source of change for the well-being of those within the community and out of perspective.
What I like to do when I'm not working:
In my free time I turn into an artist. I have a passion for producing music and photography. I also enjoy exploring new locations/local cultures and design.
