Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose ESTEEM because it offered me a way to buttress the knowledge I gained from having served in several design roles at startups, with business acumen.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

Liquidity Services, Inc. is a leading provider of circular commerce technology solutions, enabling organizations to sustainably recover value from their surplus. The used transportation equipment sector at Liquidity Services, Inc. has shown strong performance compared to other sectors. Nonetheless, the enterprise has yet to fully harness the latent potential inherent in this segment, where an annual economic activity exceeds $150 billion. The problem at hand for this capstone project is to comprehensively analyze this gap and propose strategies to increase revenue and capture a larger market share. To gain a better understanding of the gap, it is necessary to identify unmet needs both internally and externally.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM I am now drawn towards working for a large tech company. Previously, throughout my career I've always welcomed opportunities to contribute to exciting and high-impact projects. This shift in aspiration stems from my brief exposure to this environment while at Meta headquarters, which highlighted the advantages of access to exceptional talent, scalable systems, inspiring leadership, and abundant resources. I see this as an opportunity to learn how to maintain high impact at a grand scale.

What do you like to do in your free time?

When I am not working my interests change every year but this season, I'm loving exploring the Notre Dame campus at dusk by bike, while listening to Hardcore History by Dan Carlin.
