I want to learn business tailor-made for professionals from a STEM background.
What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?
For my Capstone project, I’m working with Frostsolutions.io. Frost Solutions is a company that uses Advanced Infrared Monitoring Systems to provide unprecedented situational awareness on the road and sites to cities, municipalities, states, and commercial snow removal companies for them to minimize salt waste, unnecessary deployment of snow plow trucks, and the environmental impact caused by over-salting. Frost Solutions is seeking to understand how commercial snow removal companies go about recording and presenting proof of work to their supervisors, and how they minimize insurance costs and slip and fall liabilities. I'm thrilled to lead a project that will seek to obtain market insights and use them to launch a new product solution to the target market.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
I want to serve in product marketing, business innovation and leadership roles in consulting firms and growing organizations.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I play volleyball, soccer, canoeing, rafting, meeting and hanging out with friends.
