What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

Whirlpool Corporation has developed an innovative water filtration product for water-dispensing refrigerators, ensuring water is free from up to 74 contaminants. This product represents a significant improvement over previous replaceable water filters, providing consumers with confidently clean water directly from their refrigerator. The project involves collaborating with the engineering and marketing teams to enhance the launch strategy for this new filter and plan for its future implementations. The primary objective is to increase consumer adoption rates for purchasing replacement water filters. This effort encompasses identifying factors that drive consumers to make purchases and understanding barriers that may deter them. Additionally, it entails evaluating potential subscription and go-to-market strategies and creating compelling use cases that excite consumers about repeatedly buying replacement filters, ultimately enhancing their home life experience. This initiative aligns with Whirlpool's commitment to clean water and addresses pressing environmental concerns. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cleaner world while driving innovation in refrigerator water filtration.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM, I am passionate about utilizing data to solve complex business challenges and leveraging the power of AI, including machine learning and computer vision, to drive innovative solutions for businesses. What do you like to do in your free time?

When I am not working I'm all about thrilling adventures in unexplored places, such as conquering the Buran Pass in the Himalayas (18k sq. ft trek in 5 days!). Table Tennis and swimming are my other passions, and my first salary went into buying a table tennis table—a constant source of joy. Both nature and sports make life complete!
