Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose to come to ESTEEM to learn how to apply the concepts of running sustainable businesses. Having designed solutions that meet social development goals for education and youth empowerment in the last few years, I believe the ESTEEM program would help forge and develop sustainable business solutions that solve some of these real-life issues.
What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?
Avanade is a management consulting company that leverages Data & Artificial Intelligence to solve challenges faced by businesses.
The Augmented Workforce Capstone project presents an opportunity for Avanade to bring a blend of advisory offerings and services to market that will help businesses take advantage of technology to improve their workers' experiences and increase their bottom line. The team and I at Avanade are exploring whether and how process mining and Minit can be leveraged to improve worker experience across industries.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
After ESTEEM, I aspire to be at the forefront of innovation in a fast-paced industry pushing the boundaries of technology, strategy, and sustainability. And upon becoming a Product and Strategy Consultant, I intend to make impacts that center on empowering scientific ingenuity through business strategy.
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I'm not working, I listen to Afro-Beat music, surf the internet to see what "impossibles became possible," hang out with my friends, and I love to travel.
