Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose ESTEEM due to its synergy with my career aspirations. The program, with its emphasis on action-oriented learning, cutting-edge innovation, and practical experience, offers an ideal launchpad for my professional journey. Such an expansive network at my disposal, coupled with mentorship from industry trailblazers, amplifies the learning experience.
What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?
This capstone project is concentrated in the world of water treatment with EcoWater Systems, focused specifically on the exciting and sustainable anti-scale product category. This project involves conducting comprehensive market analysis, understanding customer needs, evaluating technologies, and finally, crafting an impactful launch strategy. The main goal is to successfully integrate anti-scale products into EcoWater's established portfolio while navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving market landscape.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
After ESTEEM, I will keep working on my vision of enacting position change. I am deeply committed to embracing modernization and transformative business practices, inspired by the ambition to empower the Bahamian people, especially small to medium-sized enterprises. By pinpointing untapped market opportunities, my ventures in digital storytelling and cutting-edge software development can provide innovative and streamlined solutions. These state-of-the-art tools not only automate everyday business processes and amplify brand presence in this digital age, but they also deliver solutions that optimize efficiency, saving both time and resources. With a vision to stimulate robust growth in our local economy I am steadfast in driving, initiating, and embodying the positive change I envision for the Bahamas.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy comedy, playing sports, painting, vintage thrifting, hanging out with family and friends, and exploring new environments. The world is my playground.
None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my community and loved ones back home. I am committed to ensuring their efforts and belief in me are not in vain!
