Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose ESTEEM because I saw a chance to make a profound difference in the world. What I am learning about and doing at ESTEEM would have taken years to learn and be in a position to execute on. Upon hearing about ESTEEM for the first time, an alumnus of the program said, “You can meet any MBA, and they will solve the problem the same way; however, you can be an ESTEEM student, and you’ll solve the problem the right way.” Between my Capstone creating a Digital Strategy for a 100+ year old company, to being at Notre Dame, the greatest force for good in the world, it made complete sense to follow my passions and dreams to ESTEEM.
What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?
The Digital Strategy capstone project will revolve around the digital buying journey for the company Ideal Tridon Group (ITG). ITG provides a diverse portfolio of high-quality, durable, and reliable hose clamps, engineered connectors, and specialty fasteners for various industrial and commercial applications. The goal is to understand the various customer types and markets to create a digital strategy to fully execute and transform how Ideal Tridon’s customers interact with the company.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
After ESTEEM I hope to work in software product management in the Finance industry, creating software and apps to help people take control of their financial life and set them up for sucess!
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I'm not working, you can find me biking around Notre Dame's campus, on a run, or in Chicago at some of my favorite restaurants!
