Capstone Project Abstract:

This capstone project will focus on integrating technology into the teaching process in Edify’s partner schools in Latin America. Despite various efforts, many teachers in vulnerable areas have yet to embrace technology in their classrooms. Even after Edify facilitates access to devices—primarily laptops—or provides training, the adoption and effective use of these tools remain limited. My role is to bring a fresh perspective and propose innovative strategies to help Edify’s field staff encourage and support teachers in using technology to enhance student learning.
