Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose ESTEEM to help bridge my business background with my technical acuity, and take an entrepreneurial approach to everything I do.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

Berkshire Hathaway company, Marmon Water, and its Marketing & Product Innovation Teams are working on a comprehensive product assessment, sustainability strategy & marketing plan for several of its consumer water filtration solutions. The goal for this capstone project is to develop a clear assessment, vision, and strategy for Marmon Water’s current sustainability efforts. Through extensive research, customer interviews, industry analysis, market analysis, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders, the company aims to identify the sustainability components of its products, understand customer sustainability goals, and develop marketing materials that highlight the sustainability benefits of its products. This project’s efforts will also help lay the foundation for a sustainability strategy that will ensure compliance with anticipated policy and regulation changes, while having a long-lasting, positive impact on the industry, the company’s Original Equipment Manufacturer customers, and the consumers they serve.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM I want to be in business for myself, continuing to collaborate, invent, create, and manage a great team.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy sports, fitness, and travel/exploring.

In addition to my Capstone, I recently started my own Product Development & Consulting firm, with clients from various industries in North America. I have also invented four patent-pending products during this past year.
