July, 2020: "I moved out from South Bend after finishing ESTEEM. I moved to Miami, FL to work as a Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls. Almost a year ago, I moved to Virginia to work as a controls engineer at Amazon. The ESTEEM program gave me the tools to better understand customers, and use project management skills to meet deliverables."
