Why did you choose ESTEEM?

Bridge my knowledge gap between tech innovation/design and the customer, gain an understanding and skill to successfully or profitably take something new to the market.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

SRAM is interested in investigating alternative business models to traditional linear sales models that the business operates on today. An ideal scenario would allow SRAM to keep products in use for longer periods of time, extending the functional life of products with proper maintenance and repair, while maintaining or improving profitability.

This student will help SRAM to identify a sales model which employs circular economy principles that their consumers are willing and able to adopt to thus incentivizing the company to produce high quality products for their customers through an increase of revenue compared to manufacturing costs. More so, with such a model less product disposal into a waste stream is expected, and therefore a reduction in harm caused to the environment.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

I dream and hope to start, build companies and eventually take them public.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Read books mainly biographies of people that have left and/or are leaving a mark on the universe, tech and entrepreneurship books, Christian literature and of course the oldest and most true of all books - The Bible.
