Why did you choose ESTEEM?

I chose to come to ESTEEM to help blend my business experience and my technology interests, gained from both my Financial Economics Major and Computer Science minor.

What is your Capstone Project and why are you excited about it?

This Tessellated capstone project focuses on the development of high-strength, thermally conductive polymer films with groundbreaking applications in thermal management systems. The project's mission is to revolutionize energy systems by enhancing efficiency in generation, transmission, storage, and consumption through the utilization of these cutting-edge polymer films. Leveraging a patented roll-to-roll (R2R) manufacturing process, the aim is to explore the vast potential of these ultra-thin polymer films in optimizing heat transfer and dissipation processes across various industries. This project will involve tailoring the polymer films to meet specific demands, offering customizable properties and exceptional thermal conductivity for diverse applications, from energy generation and storage to microelectronics. By looking to partner with early-adopter companies, Tessellated aims to penetrate the market and accelerate the adoption of this game-changing material, contributing to a sustainable and energy-efficient future.

What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?

After ESTEEM, I hope the connections I made during the program will ideally lead to a startup.

What do you like to do in your free time?

When I am not working I spend my time working out, watching football, going to bars, and being disappointed by my fantasy football team.
