Capstone Project Abstract
Aigentless is an AI-powered proptech company that is redefining the self-guided touring and access experience for physical real estate assets, currently deployed across multifamily and student housing properties. Its platform enables prospective customers to independently tour properties while receiving real-time support from Leasa, Aigentless's generative AI assistant, with the option to speak directly with an Aigentless support specialist at any point during the tour. This white-glove approach ensures that self-guided touring never comes at the expense of a supported, high-touch customer experience. This capstone project aims to assess the market opportunity for expanding Aigentless's technology into commercial real estate sectors, including self-storage, office, and retail properties. The project will involve extensive primary customer discovery with commercial real estate operators and owners to evaluate customer needs, existing solutions, access and touring workflows, and potential demand. The findings will be used to identify the strongest market opportunity and develop an evidence-based recommendation for Aigentless's potential expansion into commercial real estate.
Why did you choose ESTEEM?
I chose ESTEEM to complement my technical engineering background with formal training in entrepreneurship. As a Biological Engineering graduate, I joined an early-stage medical device startup, where I worked as a liaison between my CEO and the hospitals we served. Through that role, I found a genuine interest in the intersection of business and medicine, communicating our technology to hospitals and relaying their needs back to guide our development. That experience made clear how much I valued working at the crossroads of engineering and business, and that I needed formal training to grow further in that direction.
What do you hope to do after ESTEEM?
After ESTEEM, I hope to build a career centered on developing technologies that improve the lives of animals. I strive to create innovative medical devices that help animals live longer, healthier, and more comfortable lives.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes with my dogs, playing pickleball, drumming, and volunteering at animal adoption events.
