Why I chose ESTEEM ?

I chose ESTEEM because it is the perfect platform to test out all the assumptions, I have about my dream of becoming a serial entrepreneur. Because of its practical nature with immense resources, I can experiment out all the different business ideas I have, fail, and learn very fast with the lowest risk.

My capstone project and why I'm excited about it ?

My capstone project is to develop a monitoring solution for low-risk individuals in community corrections. There is a well-known stigma attached to wearing ankle monitors that are currently used in monitoring individuals on community supervision and on their own; the devices do little to positively modify a person’s behavior. The coolest thing I am doing on this project is interviewing every stakeholder in the community supervision industry to collect all unmet needs along the chain to develop a successful and sustainable monitoring solution. As a contribution to this project, I hope to create a non-obtrusive monitoring solution that promotes positive behavior for successful and less costly program completion. I am excited about this project because I have an opportunity to use my entrepreneurial skills to create a better life for someone out there struggling to re-construct their life from crime.

What I hope to do after ESTEEM ?

After ESTEEM, I hope to launch a business in South Bend that will become a household brand across the world.

What I like to do when I'm not working ?

When I am not working, I like biking across Notre Dame and South Bend, enjoying the beauty of this place with the cool bike that my friend, Jennifer Krauser, gave me.

I dedicate this work to my lovely wife, Angella Nteme, for the unconditional support she gives me. Thank you so much, my love.
