Development and Commercialization of Multi-Component Mixing and Delivery Platform

For my thesis project, I will work with NovusFlow to identify new markets and production opportunities for their multi-chamber mixing and delivery platform. NovusFlow already possesses domestic and international patents for a multi-chambered single serve beverage pod, the likes of which has the potential to be highly disruptive in the beverage industry. This multi-chamber technology has even broader implications, though, in sectors ranging from healthcare to defense. To pinpoint a beachhead market and formulate an effective market entry strategy, I will perform market analysis and data collection on the aforementioned range of sectors. Based on the outcomes from this research and further customer validation, I will also assist with the design, development and deployment of a prototype product for this market.
