The Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) Fellowship, first granted in the Class of 2018, is awarded annually to a former ACE Teaching Fellow seeking to attend the ESTEEM Graduate Program at the University of Notre Dame. The generosity of the Alliance for Catholic Education, combined with a 1:1 scholarship match from ESTEEM, allows for one former ACE Teaching Fellow per year to attend the University of Notre Dame's ESTEEM Graduate Program tuition-free. Candidates will be chosen from a pool of applicants who have shown a sincere interest in creating and deploying technology to dramatically re-shape and improve education at any level, including, but not limited to, access, delivery, measurement, quality of instruction and classroom experience, outcomes, etc., especially for the under-represented, all in concert with the respective missions of ACE, ESTEEM and the University of Notre Dame.
The hope of this gift is to catalyze outstanding educators, who also show great promise as entrepreneurs, to be innovators in the education field. With their experience over the course of 11 months in ESTEEM, we hope, each and every year, to unleash a change agent into the education field who is equipped with all the tools and skillsets necessary to make a meaningful impact. All of this stems from the University’s founding mission, which aligns with the mission of this gift’s benefactors, to be a “...powerful force for good in the world.” The ESTEEM Graduate Program is proud to partner with the Alliance for Catholic Education to make this fellowship possible.
All ACE Teaching Fellow graduates who apply to the ESTEEM program will automatically be considered for the ACE Fellowship.
Interested students may apply for acceptance into ESTEEM at any time; requirements and process are detailed here.
