Chemistry

After studying chemistry and math at Saint Mary’s, I was in search of a space where I could see my work more directly impacting the lives of individuals on a daily basis. Thanks to my time in ESTEEM, I learned to approach problems in a uniquely creative and human-centric way, with my now combined analytic and business background. This has proven to make me a valuable addition to any team – both at a startup right after graduation and now in a larger corporate setting at a global growth strategy and digital transformation consulting firm.

In my current role at Prophet, I’m on a small internal team that operates much like a startup. Our goal is to create fun and engaging ways to constantly be upskilling all of our consultants on pretty much everything. I’m currently running three projects simultaneously – one is a redesign of our intranet’s learning portal, another is the creation of a learning series on digital marketing, and the third is rolling out an internal podcast series for our Partners to share their BD tips and tricks with the firm.

While I’m using my technical background from Saint Mary’s to learn and stay ahead of current digital trends, I am also applying the creative problem solving and design thinking skills I was introduced to in ESTEEM with a business lens to my work. Because of this, I’m in a place where I get to help individuals learn and develop in a tangible way every single day.
